In the Platinum plan you will also download a second API plugin for your other online stores in addition to the Woo-order plugin. This plugin is called Woo-order API. Upload this plugin to your other eshops and on your main page with the Woo-order plugin you will sync your other orders, Inquiries, complaints, stock managing and also on the shipping page you can complete orders, simple all data and function.
For proper functionality, you need to have different order numbers so that the number lines don’t meet.
Orders and other data are not downloaded to main store. Only data is loaded via API, so you can find all orders and work with them fully, all functions in woo-order can work with data from other eshops. Orders do not burden your main eshop with Woo-Order. All data is synchronized and you can work with these orders in the system as well as with the others on the main website.

Orders are displayed everywhere in the system and you can work with them fully and use all the options in Woo-Order.
Inquiries
The enquiries you get from your other e-shops where you have installed the API plugin will be displayed in the main Woo-order. The data is still on the eshop where the enquiry was created, but you have full control of it from the main site and can process it fully here.
Complaints
Complaints that you get from your other eshops where you have installed the API plugin will be displayed in the main Woo-order. The functions with them are the same as with orders in the main eshop. The order complaint data is still on the original eshop, but you have full control of it from the main website and can fully process it here. No unnecessary login to other eshops.
Setting for sync data from each your e-shop
Requirements
Different order numbers in your online stores. For example eshop1 order numbers 1-20000, second eshop 20000-40000, third 40000-60000 and so on. This is assuming that you have a maximum of 20,000 orders in the system. If you then exceed this number, you need to adjust the order numbers in this eshop to, for example, 6 digits, i.e. 100000,100001,100002 and thus fully separate the eshop numerically. If the order numbers are the same, the functions will stop working.
