Installing and License

Learn how to install the plugin, activate it, clean the database or uninstall the plugin. The software regularly checks the license and its validity

Installing plugin

After you download the Woo-Order plugin (after payment also in My Account), install it in the normal way like other plugins, you can learn more on the WordPress support site.

Dont forgot activate plugin. 

You can find setting of plugin in WordPress menu> Woo-Order

How to activate licence

After plugin install, put your license key in Woo Order > Setting > License and press Activate

Uninstalling plugin

The first thing to do is to clean the database data created by the plugin. The plugin deletes all the data it has created about orders, such as stock status information (woo-order statuses only), attachments, custom status changes, chat conversations, notes, quote collaborations prices, dates and other.

Clear all WooCommerce product database data created by in Woo-Order plugin.

Select some year before you started using woo order plugin and click to Clear database

After you clean woo-order DB, just deactivate plugin in WP plugins. And if you want remove, then delete plugin

Billing
Default billing is monthly, if you are member (licence key) next payment is in next 30 days. You can find your Invoices in > My account > Orders

To access the Woo-Order homepage, go to WP Menu > Woo Order > Woo Order > Start Woo Order.

The tool will launch as a form, so enable the form to pop up automatically in your browser for your site.

Set your default values for displaying orders, i.e. order status. Also set the number of products for one page ( we do not recommend more than 200 orders).

The system automatically selects a date 6 months from today and today’s date.

You can also automatically launch the Woo Order main page without having to click the launch button, just click on Woo Order in the menu.

Delete Woo-Order created data from DB

Keep your site fast and small sized. This feature can celete all previous data from orders created by Woo-Order plugin.

You can use this feature maybe 2 times per year.

Select the date by which all previous information created by the Woo-Order plugin should be removed from the database. This way you can keep your website fast. 

Example: Select at least 4 months from today

Make a backup before cleaning the database ! Changes may be irreversible!
